1. Machine Description
1. The machine mainly consists of lathe bed, main axis base, rotary drum, pulling box, welding electrode and adjustment mechanism, water cooling mechanism, electric control cabinet etc.
2. Digital technology is used in all the movement of the machine, which can ensure good working.
3. The slideway is completed with high-precision imported linear slider bearing. The mechanism can ensure uniform tension, running stable and reliable, fully guarantee the slot size uniform.
4. This machine is CNC control, the slot size can be adjusted randomly according to customer's requirements.
Our CNC Water Well Screen Mesh Welding Machine have the strongpoint of low noise, low enery consumption and stable function. The electrical control system is famous sanling lathe system, main axis and feeding axis are both adopt Panasonic Brand AC power servo motor and drivers. Slot size adopt NC servo motor to drive ball guide screw, ball guide screw and dragline wire plate are attached to linear guideway, glide according instructions, slot size could be adjusted randomly.

Wedge wire screen machine adopts Japanese Mitsubishi E60 CNC control system.
Controlled by the Numeral control system, the servo motor drives the ball screw as well as the drawing disk which is mounted on the straight rail, so the slot clearance can be adjusted by touching the control screen without stopping the machine.
It is easy to change the data on the touching screen. Lock-expanding ring is equipped on the machine. After the operator feeds the longitudinal wire, expand and lock the wire with the ring.
